SaSa Membership Terms and Conditions


P!NK Members


1. P!NK Privileges
  • P!NK is entitled to enjoy additional 5% discount in SaSa Malaysia stores except outlets. (Such discount does not apply to selected discounted & regular-priced items. Please check in-store for more details.)
  • Additional 5% discount of P!NK cannot be used in conjunction with any other privileges and promotional offers.
  • P!NK will be upgraded to VIP!NK if the total accumulation spending meets RM400 within 3 months as of the joined date.
  • Once P!NK is upgraded to VIP!NK, all points will be reimbursed back to VIP!NK membership automatically.

2. Membership Validity.
  • SaSa P!NK membership will be cardless, no physical card will be issued out for P!NK members.
  • SaSa P!NK is valid for 3 months, starting from the joined date.
  • SaSa P!NK membership will be automatically upgraded to SaSa VIP!NK if the accumulated purchases from any SaSa Malaysia stores (except outlets) reach RM400 within three (3) months of membership, or membership will be expired without notice.
  • SaSa P!NK membership is non-transferable.

3. General Terms & Conditions
  • Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any losses of whatever nature due to the loss of SaSa VIPINK Card.
  • Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder without notice.
  • To check the accumulated purchase amount, please visit your nearest SaSa shop.
  • All records are based on system's data of Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd shall be final and conclusive.


VIP!NK Members


1. VIP!NK Privileges
  • VIP!NK is entitled to enjoy additional 5% discount in Malaysia SaSa stores except outlet. (Such discount does not apply to selected discounted & regular-priced items. Please check in-store for more details.) 
  • VIP!NK is entitled to a birthday surprise per year.
  • Additional 5% discount of VIP!NK cannot be used in conjunction with any other privileges and promotional offers.
  • SaSa VIP!NK Card must be presented upon payment in order to enjoy the VIP privileges.

2. VIP!NK Points
  • Accumulating Points: RM1 = 1 Point
  • Points redemption: Every 200 Points can be used as RM1, Points must be redeemed in blocks of 200 points and can be used as full or partial cash rebates for products at SaSa Malaysia.
  • Details of VIP!NK Points program will be updated regularly. Please check with shops for details. Points will be earned based on the total net amount of the transaction after the deduction of Points redemption or discount.
  • Points redemption amount must be less than the total net amount of the transaction.
  • Points redemption amount will be deducted on the total net amount of the transaction.
  • Refund is not applicable for all the transaction with Points redeemed.
  • In case of exchange products, redeemed Points will not be refunded.
  • All Points will expire on 31 March of each calendar year. Unused Points will expire automatically and Points balance for each VIP!NK will be reset to zero (0) again on 1 April of each calendar year.
  • Points must be redeemed prior to the expiry of both Points and SaSa VIP!NK Card membership.
  • SaSa VIP!NK Card must be presented upon payment in order to earn or redeem Points.
  • Earning and redeeming Points is valid in SaSa Malaysia stores only.
  • Points are non-transferable.
  • Expired points will not be reinstated.
  • Points earned by different SaSa VIP!NK Cards cannot be combined.

3. Membership Validity, Lost Card and Membership Renewal
  • SaSa VIP!NK Card membership is valid for one year, starting from the issue date of the SaSa VIP!NK Card. 
  • SaSa VIP!NK Card membership will be automatically extended for one year if the accumulated purchases from any SaSa Malaysia stores reach RM400 within one year of membership, or membership will be cancelled without notice.
  • SaSa VIP!NK Card is non-transferable.
  • In case of lost card or damaged card, VIP could apply for replacement in any Malaysia SaSa shop at a fee of RM5.

4. General Terms & Conditions
  • Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any losses of whatever nature due to the loss of SaSa VIP!NK Card.

Personal Information Collection Statement


1. Purposes
The personal data collected will be used for one or more of the following purposes: processing your application and administering SaSa VIP!NK or P!NK membership, communicating with you and direct marketing (see paragraph 2 of this Statement), including verifying your identity, designing targeted promotional offers and conducting demographic or segmentation analysis. The provision of the personal data for processing this application is voluntary. However, we may not be able to process your application or offer you VIP!NK or P!NK privileges if the data provided by you is incomplete.

2. Consent
By submitting your personal data to Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd, you:
(i) declare that you have read, understood and accepted the statements set out in this Personal Information Collection Statement;
(ii) consent to the processing and use of your personal data by Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd;
(iii) consent to receiving direct marketing and promotional materials of SaSa's products and services; and
(iv) consent to the transfer of your data to other companies within SaSa group of companies or to third party service providers, whether within or outside Malaysia, in order to fulfill one or more of the purposes stated in paragraph 1 above. 

3. Withdrawing consent 
You may at any time withdraw any consent you previously provided to us. Please inform us through the contact details specified in "Rights of access and correction" below.

4. Rights of access and correction 
You have rights of access and correction with respect to your personal data.
