Beauty in Diversity Spend & Win Contest

The Beauty in Diversity: Spend & Win Contest [“Contest”] is organized by Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn. Bhd. [“Sa Sa”]. 

1. Contest Period 
The contest runs from 7 August to 23 September 2025. 

2. Eligibility 

• Participants must be active, registered Sa Sa members. 
• New customers may register as members during their purchase to qualify. 

3. How to Participate 

• Spend RM250 and above in a single receipt at any Sa Sa & Selectiv’ Malaysia store and outlet during the contest period. 
• With a successful transaction and valid membership (new or existing), your entry will be automatically submitted. 

4. Prizes 

• Sa Sa Malaysia will select total of 4 winners. Each winner will each receive a Grand Suite Staycation Package at THE RUMA Hotel & Residences in Kuala Lumpur, which includes: 

Exclusive Grand Suite Privileges: 

• Early check-in at 11:00 AM and late check-out at 6:00 PM (subject to availability) 
• Enhanced minibar and snacks (replenishment for stays of 2 nights or more) 
• Complimentary laundry and pressing of up to 5 pieces per day (non-accumulative; excludes dry cleaning and express services) 
• Daily evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM) at The LIBRARI, lobby 
• Complimentary 2-hour Boardroom usage (subject to availability; not for meetings/events) 

Remarks: 

• Voucher is valid for 6 months from issue date: 13 October 2025 
• Blackout dates: 24–27 December 2025 and 31 December 2025
• Tourism Tax of RM10.00 nett per room per night applies to foreign guests (not included in the package and payable upon check-in) 
• All taxes and charges are subject to change based on Malaysian Government regulations 
• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 noon 
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability 

5. Winner Selection & Announcement 

• Winners will be selected from eligible entries after the contest ends. 
• Results will be announced on Sa Sa Malaysia’s Facebook & Instagram before 7 October 2025. 
• Upon winner announcement, winners must submit their personal details to Sa Sa Malaysia within 5 working days for prize redemption. 
• Sa Sa reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the initial winner does not respond within the stated timeframe.

6. Prize Redemption 

• Prizes are not transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or other items. 
• Sa Sa reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice. 
• Redemption instructions will be shared with winners upon confirmation. 
• Any changes, restrictions, or unavailability related to the staycation package made by THE RUMA Hotel & Residences are beyond Sa Sa’s control, and Sa Sa shall not be held responsible for such changes.

7. General 

• By submitting an Entry to the contest, participants agree to allow Sa Sa to use their names, photos, and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation. 
• Sa Sa reserves the right to verify all entries and reject any that are incomplete, duplicated, or invalid. 
• Sa Sa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the contest or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
• Sa Sa will not be held responsible for any loss, damages, or delay arising from participation or prize usage. 

8. Personal Data Protection 

• By entering the contest, participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information by Sa Sa for the purposes of contest administration and future marketing communications.  
• In addition, all personal information shall be collected, processed, and managed in accordance with Sa Sa’s Privacy Policy, which is available on Sa Sa’s official website. 
• Sa Sa may also share winners’ personal information, including their name, contact number, email address, and other necessary details, with THE RUMA Hotel & Residences solely for the purpose of prize coordination and verification.
