How to Use :
1. Starting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, follow the natural lash line.
2. If you are looking for a shaded effect use either the smudger on the other end of the pencil, or the Eye Blending Brush, by Pupa.
3. Do the same on the lower eyelid.
