Product Usage : Use the liner to fill in and contour your eyebrows, then comb into shape with the built-in brush. Quickly after application, the liner becomes waterproof.

1. Apply to clean, dry, oil-free skin.

2. Make sure your skin is completely free of cream, oil, makeup, and powder as these can clog the tip.
